When we accept instructions from our clients we send out an engagement letter to ensure that we and our clients have clarity from the outset as to what is to be achieved, and this letter will make reference to the following documents:

When a client is embarking on litigation or property transactions we will send out additional information leaflets to explain the related risks and how to mitigate them.
